After interviewing many real estate managers to care for my mother’s home in the (Kendall), Miami, Fla. area, there was no doubt in our minds that Harriet Martin was the one. We based our decision on herwarm, friendly, and charismatic personality…… and, last but not least, her vast experience in the real estate market and her knowledge of the area. 

Now, after a couple of years of Harriet’s management, we have not been disappointed…… she collects the rent monthly and sends mom her check, she keeps up-to-date with the needs of our tenant….. and she informs us of necessary replacement or repairs needed.
